Class Offerings
Prenatal Yoga: Every Monday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Jillian's Drawers Community Room, starting November 21st. These classes combine elements from hatha and vinyasa yoga to foster an easeful pregnancy and birth. Activities include breathwork, movement, and deep relaxation, catering to all stages of pregnancy. This is an ideal setting to prepare your body for birth and to connect with other expecting parents in a relaxed and supportive environment. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Postnatal Yoga: Every Monday from 12 PM to 1 PM at Jillian's Drawers Community Room, beginning April 17th. This class focuses on stretching, toning, relaxing the nervous system, and connecting to the pelvic floor. It is designed for new parents from 6 weeks to 1 year post-birth, offering a chance to connect with other new parents. Babies are welcome, although the primary focus is on the parents' well-being.
Pricing for Group Classes: $25 per class or 5 classes for $100. Drop-ins are welcome if space permits. To register or for any inquiries, please email Dani at DaniKBarth@gmail.com.
